Paint the Peninsula Plein Air Event, Port Angeles, WA (September 2013)

About The Event
“Paint the Peninsula” is a new annual plein air event that will be held in Port Angeles, Washington on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula where the mountains meet the sea.

Port Angeles and its surrounding areas have everything to offer the plein air artists from sweeping vistas and soaring mountains to intimate woods and expansive ocean views.

The event is being hosted by and for the benefit of the Port Angeles Fine Art Center (PAFAC). PAFAC is a non profit organization which hosts gallery shows and community art events throughout the year. The PAFAC gallery is located in Webster's Woods, a five acre woodland area where over 100 sculptures and other works of art live in and peek out from the abundant foliage.

Ned Mueller is the Juror and he is offering a workshop (in tandem with the event) Sept 9, 10 and 11. To find out details go HEREhttp://www.paintthepeninsula.org/plein-air-competition.html
