Who is eligible? Alla Prima Portland “members” who have attended at least one breakfast meeting prior to April 3, 2014

Please “sign up” at your earliest convenience by emailing stephanie.cissna@comcast.net to let us know that you intend to put in a painting. (Put “Group Show” in the subject line).

Bring TWO framed paintings, any size up to the maximum size, 18x24* of any subject** to Art Factors 7035 SW Macadam Ave Portland, OR 97219 on Tuesday, May 27 between the hours of 10-11am. (Make sure your framing is good, with d rings and wire, no saw tooth hangers. If you need to purchase framing, please consider consulting Bob Harris at Art Factors).

(Additional option: Just for fun, on Tuesday, May 27 meet up with us prior to turning in your art at Buffalo Gap restaurant next door to Art Factors, 9am, for breakfast). 6835 SW Macadam Ave, Portland, OR 97219).

The commission to Art Factors is: 30%

Help promote the show with the evite that you will be provided (put it on your website, your blog, facebook and mail to all your collectors, friends and family).

There is no entry fee, however, you might be asked to contribute toward a promotion and/or refreshment fee. Those details yet to come. The fee will be modest.

Pick up date for unsold art July 8 between 9 and noon

(*18x24 is the maximum support size, not including frame). 

**Your painting doesn't have to be plein air..but it would be nice if it were Alla Prima (still not mandatory). Just make sure it is a painting you are very proud of! (and also please use discretion, no “sexualized” nudity or anything that could be construed as “controversial”).

Pick up date (for any unsold art): Tuesday, July 8 between 9-10am.
