Next Art Discussion Meeting Thursday, 9am, Jan 24 at French Quarter: 3520 SW Multnomah Blvd. (Parking on the nearby streets)
Suggested table topic: "Key" What do you know about the term "Key" as it pertains to painting? Have you painted a high, mid or low key painting? What other ways (aside from value) are there to "key" a painting? (Even if you don't know about this subject, come anyway ---we'll discuss it)!
And, as always, bring some current work and/or news about you--We're interested!
Upon arrival, please order something (a coffee, and/or some food) from the cart(s) at French Quarter (no outside food or beverages like Starbucks allowed). Then come inside and take a seat. The meeting format will be like it was at O'Connors. Try your best to get to your seat inside in advance of the meeting or on time.
