The Memorial Day "BIG"Paint Out! Monday, May 25, 2026 9:00 AM Oak Island Trailhead, Sauvie Island Host: Joanne Radmilovich Kollman. Many of us like to work on larger canvases for these “holiday” paint-outs, but feel free to bring whatever size you prefer. The official start time is 9:00 AM, though Joanne will be there earlier (and you’re welcome to join her). We will gather to show our work at NOON. Artists spread wayyy out at this location, so be aware of the time if you want to share your work at NOON. (We'll meet to share work at the main gathering place near the Trailhead). Rain or Shine
You’ll need a parking pass. Purchase at the Cracker Barrel Store or online: https://myodfw.com/.../buying-odfw-wildlife-area-parking...
THE DRIVE: Once on the island, follow Sauvie Island Road north two miles to Reeder Road. Turn east (right) and drive Reeder Road 1.3 miles to a Y junction. Take the left fork and drive 4.2 miles on Oak Island Road to a small parking lot at road’s end. The final 1.1 miles is gravel.
Looking forward to seeing you! All levels are welcome
